Permissions
Settings > System Settings > Application Settings > Permissions
Since these configurations change the user interface for all users in your organization, these settings can only be changed by users with the Global Manage Kion System Settings permission.
Allow Custom Permission Schemes
A permission scheme maps individual permissions, such as browse or manage, to a permission role, such as developer. With permission schemes, you can standardize the permissions of each role in your organization. For more information about the benefits of permissions schemes, see What are Permission Schemes?
Enabling Allow Custom Permission Schemes turns on custom permission schemes in the UI. This is off by default. When this is enabled, the Create New option becomes available under Settings > Permissions. For information about creating custom permission schemes, see Add a Custom Permission Scheme.
Limit Ownership to User Groups
This removes the option to assign individual users as owners of resources. This is useful for ensuring business continuity and preserving user privacy in multi-tenant environments. This applies to existing and new resources throughout Kion.
