Why did I get this error: ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT?

If you're using Kion on a machine with an ad blocker, you may encounter the following net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT error message:

This can happen if you use an ad blocker, which can block requests using text used in some of our URLS.

If this occurs, you can do the following:

  1. Disable the ad blocker while using Kion.
  2. Whitelist the Kion URL. If you use the Safari extension uBlock, for example, you can whitelist our URL by following the steps under "The Whitelisting Tab" section on this page.
