When installing Kion with a custom AMI, why did I get this error: "ValidationError: Stack {Stack Name} is in CREATE_COMPLETE/UPDATE-COMPLETE state and cannot be signaled"?

The "ValidationError: Stack {Stack Name} is in CREATE_COMPLETE/UPDATE-COMPLETE state and cannot be signaled" error is a temporary error that arises when a node is brought up for the first time, or when a node was terminated and then brought back up. This error does not cause any issues and is safe to ignore.
