OU Reports

You can generate reports on OUs by navigating to Reporting > Overview > Report by Item Type > OUs.

You can also view reports on individual resources by selecting the appropriate tabs on their details page. For example, to view the spend report for an OU, navigate to OUs > All OUs, click on the OU, select Financials, and click Spend Reports.

Financial Summary

The financial summary provides an in-depth look into spend for all OUs and projects under the selected OU. The row-level data is exported as a zipped collection of spreadsheet files that are easy to import into other tracking systems as needed. The report can include data on the monthly spend, payments, spend by service, and budgets for the selected resource.

Child Spend Summary

The child spend summary includes a breakdown of spending by accounts in the selected OU's descendant OUs and projects. The report is exported as a .CSV file.

Cloud Access Report

The cloud access report includes the user names, user groups, OU hierarchy, project names, and cloud access roles associated with an OU. The report is exported as a .CSV file.

Financial Drilldown

The financial drilldown includes data on current spend, planned spend, aggregate spend, aggregate planned spend, allocations, and OU hierarchy for all OUs and projects under a selected OU. The report is exported as a .CSV file.

Accounts Under OU

The accounts under OU report includes data on all accounts descendant from the selected OU. The report is exported as a .CSV file.
