Available Widgets
- Activity Feed: The activity feed card shows the history of changes in Kion. This includes users activity to which you have access. All users can see their own activity. You can filter the activity displayed using the dropdown menu on the top right of the card, which allows you to show All Activity, Compliance (including activity for both checks and standards), Resource Policy, OU, Project, Account, or Cloud Access Role history. You can also filter by keyword using the text box next to the search icon.
- Cloud Access: The cloud access card provides an easy way to access all your cloud accounts. It displays a list of accounts and cloud access roles (CARs) you most recently used to access the cloud. You can click the star to the right of an account to favorite it, which brings it into the favorites section. Once cloud access groupings are favorited, you can reorder them. For each cloud access favorite, you can set a web access and short term access key alias. Aliases can be used to search for cloud access favorites and are also supported by our CLI tool.
- CloudPulse: View quick summary of CFTs and their status within accounts and cloud rules.
- Cloud Rules: The cloud rules card shows a list of cloud rules to which you have access. We only show cloud rules that affect at least one item. Next to each cloud rule, we indicate the number of OUs and projects (respectively) to which the cloud rule is applied.

Compliance: An overview of the organization's compliance standing. For more info about findings that contribute to this score, click Compliance Overview in the top right corner.
The compliance card displays:
- A doughnut chart showing the proportion of compliant vs non-compliant checks and the severity of the non-compliant checks. You can hover over a color for a count of checks at that severity. The colors on compliance charts represent:
- Green: compliant checks.
- Maroon: non-compliant checks of critical severity.
- Red: non-compliant checks of high severity.
- Orange: non-compliant checks of medium severity.
- Yellow: non-compliant checks of low severity.
- Blue: non-compliant checks of informational severity.
- A compliance score weighted by severity of non-compliant checks. A lower score is better, and a score of 0 means no compliance issues. Learn more in the Compliance Score article.
- The total number of compliance checks for resources to which you have access.

Favorites: The favorites card displays your favorited OUs and projects. You can choose whether to view spend data or compliance data using the dropdown menu on the top right.
- To add an OU or project to this list, find it under OUs > All OUs or Projects > All Projects and click the star to the right of its name. Click a star within the favorites card to unfavorite an item and remove it from this list.
- OUs: Click the OUs tab for a list of your favorite OUs, including the OU name and status icons. On the right of the OU name, you will see the following:

Spending This Month. The number of projects under this OU grouped by project status (including projects in child OUs). The colors reflect the project's status as shown below:

On track: Spending is in accordance with the project spend plan.

Overburning: An overburning event has been triggered for this project, which indicates a spending threshold has been reached or exceeded. To learn the triggers that caused this event, see the Enforcements tab on the project details page.

Funding expired: The project does not have any active funding sources on the project spend plan.

Spending This Month. The number of projects under this OU grouped by project status (including projects in child OUs). The colors reflect the project's status as shown below:

Projects. Click the Projects tab for a list of your favorite projects, including the project name and status icons. On the right of the project name, you'll see the following:
- Spending This Month. A progress bar showing the amount spent out of the amount planned for this project. The percent value is displayed below the progress bar; hover over the gauge to see the dollar value spent/planned. Next to the spend progress bar, there is a cloud access dropdown menu. You can use this menu to choose a cloud access role and federate into the cloud account associated with the project.
- Compliance View. A flat doughnut chart showing the proportion of compliant vs non-compliant checks and the severity of the non-compliant checks. You can hover over a color for a count of checks at that severity. There is also a compliance score weighted by severity of non-compliant checks. - Notifications: An overview of your unread notifications grouped by type (critical, warning, request, success, or informational). Click on a value to view the notifications of that type, or click All Notifications to view all notifications.

Quick Links: The quick links card enables you to add custom buttons that provide one-click access to any page in the system. Simply add link text and paste in the URL you want the button to go to. If you add multiple quick link buttons, you can reorder them.
To add a quick link
1. Click the 3-dot menu at the top right of the card
2. Click “Add Quick Link.”To remove quick links

2. Click “Manage Quick Links.”
3. Click the “Remove” button for each quick link you would like to remove. - Saved Report: Display a saved report as a widget on the dashboard.
- Saved Report List: View your most important reports for quick access.

Spending: An overview of the organization's spending and graph showing spending over time for the past 6 months.
- All values on the spending summary card adjust based on the dropdown menu selections of timeframe, dimension, and granularity.
- The spending summary card displays:
- Total amount spent for the selected spending period. This includes spending for all cloud resources to which the user has, at a minimum, browse financial access.
- A bar chart showing the total amount spent over time.
- Click on Go to Spend Reports on the top right of the card to get to the full spend report experience where you can filter and save reports.
