Browser Support for Kion

General Web Browser Support

In order to access the Kion Platform, you will use a web browser. Kion currently supports two browser engines:

  • All versions of the Kion platform support Chrome and Chromium-based browsers (Microsoft Edge, Brave, etc).
  • Beginning with versions 3.12.x, 3.13.x, and 3.14.x, the Kion platform supports Firefox browsers.

Add-On Interference

It is possible that some add-ons that modify the content of pages or block certain background activities may interfere with the normal operation of the Kion platform. At this time, we have no known items to document in this section. However, if you determine that you are experiencing an issue in our UI, we recommend that you use an Incognito/Private session without add-ons to verify that the issue exists in that environment as well.

If you do believe you're experiencing a problem with our browser support and have verified using the method above, please collect a HAR as part of your report, if possible. You can open a ticket with our support team either directly in this portal or by emailing support@kion.io.
