With Kion 3.14.1, Azure Role Assignments are now created when a user federates into Azure using a Cloud Access Role, rather than being created for all eligible users. This change allows organizations to ensure least permissive access based on time duration regardless of their Microsoft Azure license tier.
With this change, customers can now set Role Assignments to automatically expire after a chosen duration in Settings > System Settings > Azure Settings > Azure Access or choose to have roles last indefinitely.
