Custom Messaging

Settings > System Settings > User Interface Settings > Custom Messaging

You can customize the messaging in the following user interface elements. For each option, you can enter plain text or markdown.

Since these configurations change the user interface for all users in your organization, these settings can only be changed by users with the Global Manage Kion System Settings permission.

Application Banners

Customize the text that shows above and below every screen in Kion. You can also set the banner color and the text color.

For application banners, you can use markdown to add bold, italics, and hyperlinks.

Custom Login Message

Customize the text that shows at the bottom of the login page.

For the login page, you can use any basic markdown elements.

Custom Login Page Acknowledgment Modal

Customize the text that shows in a pop-up modal when a user logs in. Users must acknowledge the message to complete their login.

For the acknowledgment modal, you can use any basic markdown elements.
