You can customize the URL to which the in-application Support option points. The Support option displays in the user menu at the top right corner of the screen when you're logged into Kion.
The Support menu option goes to Kion's support center by default, but some customers prefer to direct support requests to their internal support systems.
Please note: the icon always points to the appropriate section of Kion's knowledge base.
To customize the support URL:
- In the left navigation menu, click Settings > System Settings.
- Click Support URL under User Interface Settings.
- Enter your desired URL in the Support URL field.
- Click Update URL.
You can reset the support URL to the default value at any time by clicking the Reset URL button on this page.
