Kion Basic Support is included at no additional cost during the term of the software subscription and provides:

  • Access to email-based support with a 2 business day response time.
  • Access to our Support Center.

Kion Annual Premium Support contracts are purchased on an annual basis based on the total license amount purchased. Premium support provides:

  • Access to email-based support with a 2 business day response time.
  • Access to our Support Center.
  • Phone support (4 hour response time) during business hours (9am to 5pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, except for U.S. Federal Holidays).
  • An assigned Technical Account Manager to assist with answering questions and troubleshooting issues.
