When trying to access the web console, why did I get this error: "trouble getting credentials from DB"?

For AWS users, the "trouble getting credentials from DB" error probably means you have not set up partition keys and you are trying to access a partition different from that in which Kion is installed. Please follow the steps in the Managing Other AWS Partitions From a Single Kion Installation article to set up partition keys.
