OAuth 2.0 - Authorized Applications
Last updated: October 1, 2026
Overview
The Authorized Applications page lists the OAuth applications you have granted permission to access Kion on your behalf. Use this page to review those applications and revoke access when you no longer need an integration.
To open the page, go to Access > Authorized Applications. You can also select Authorized Applications from your profile settings.
The page shows the following information for each application:
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Application | The application's name and description, when available. |
Application ID | The application's unique identifier. |
Grant Type | The OAuth authorization methods configured for the application. |
Last Authenticated | The date and time of the application's last authentication, or N/A if unavailable. |
Application Type | Whether the application is Personal (owned by an individual user) or Global (not tied to an individual owner). |
Created By | The user who created the application. |
If you have not authorized any applications, the page displays No Authorized Applications.
Revoke access
Open Access > Authorized Applications.
Find the application whose access you want to revoke.
Open the actions menu at the right of the application's row and select Revoke.
In the Revoke Access confirmation dialog, select REVOKE.
Kion immediately invalidates all active tokens associated with your authorization for that application. The page refreshes and displays a message confirming that access was revoked.
Revoking access to a Global application affects only your authorization. Other users' access to the application is unaffected.
